But that’s no longer the case. The Internet, the traffic, the taxation and crime have all contributed to a second migration… of businesses.

The migration of both residents and business from cities is ongoing. There’s still suburban growth, but even that has changed.
Suburbia is beginning to spread. Freed from needing to commute into the city proper, suburbanites feel comfortable relocating even further away from the metro hubs.
